The Moment:
Marian Gaborik makes dazzling moves
in final round of shootout to beat Ducks

Description: Previously just 2-for-19 in shootouts over his NHL career, Gaborik used a stuttery head fake and a little shimmy to fool Ducks goalie Jonas Hiller and tuck the puck behind him in the final round of a shootout to give the Rangers a 2-1 win. "I'm happy I got a chance to go. My record isn't that good," said Gaborik.

The Great Gabby just does not perform well in the shootouts, which is odd. The guy is an incredible player, and has been a complete player thus far. It's great to see him succeed where he has failed so much in the past, and he won the game.
-- Brian Mac from East Elmhurst, N.Y.

He has been giving 110 percent everytime he steps on the ice!

I am from Slovakia, so I am biased, but every fan of hockey has to say that it was briliant move.

Such an intense shootout, I could feel the hairs on my arms stand up! I not only wanted revenge against the Ducks but I was anxiously hoping Lundqvist could get his first "W" in his new and revised home!
