Prust's First of Season vs. Isles is Moment of the Week
(Week of Oct. 10-16)

Rangers forward Brandon Prust's second-period goal that tied up the Islanders 2-2 was named the Moment of the Week for the Week 2 of the 2011-12 regular season. The goal, Prust's first of the season, claimed 57.1 percent of the voting by Rangers fans to finish ahead of both Henrik Lundqvist's 5-on-3 save vs. John Tavares in the same game, as well as Marian Gaborik's goal that made it a 1-1 game in the second period.

Brandon Prust gets his first of the season
on a wraparound at 18:26 of second period

Description: With the Rangers trailing 2-1 and time running out in the period, Prust gave the Blueshirts new momentum on a hard-working forecheck when he took a pass from Ruslan Fedotenko in the left corner and moved all the way around the right side of the net to wrap the puck around Isles goalie Evgeni Nabokov.
